Keneca Pingue-Giles

Keneca Pingue-Giles – Winnipeg, MB


Keneca is a very active member of the community. She has given her time to the Sister MacNamara Boys and Girls Club, the Inner City Wesmen’s Girls Basketball team as an assistant coach, the Winnipeg Aboriginal Sport Achievement Centre and the Youth Council. At school she has participated with Eco-Kids on Campus, Mini Moose, the 24 Hour Famine, West End Blitz Clean-up, Turkeys for Toonies and the Student Council. Athletically Keneca has dedicated a lot of time to Basketball. She was part of the 2009 Summer Games and her team was the AAA Women’s Provincial Champions in 2010.

Keneca will be pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Winnipeg.
