Reina Shewakramani

Reina Shewakramani – Camrose, AB


Reina is a devoted volunteer in both her community and her school. She has been a Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentor, a volunteer for the Colonia Mobile Dental Van providing free dental care, an intern for Dental Research and a Pediatric Unit Volunteer at Doctor’s Hospital and the Laredo Medical Centre. At school Reina has helped to generate awareness of local health epidemics at the Diabetes Olympics for Health Occupations Students of America and has mobilized an Energy Conservation Campaign with the Student Council. She has also raised awareness for Autism and has organized a canned food drive for the local animal shelter. Athletically Reina is involved in Recreational Soccer, Jogging and Tennis.

Reina will be attending the University of Alberta.
